The schedule has been arranged by the school as follows:

How the Final Presentation will be conducted

Present your project using PPT (See below for contents)
Demonstrate Your App (All Parts)
Question and Answer

You will be assessed by your Tutor and another Moderation Instructor (MI). Both Tutor and MI may ask you questions about your project.

Contents of PPT

For your PPT file, only 5 slides are needed for your WHOLE TEAM.

Slide 1: Team Number, List of Members and Admin Number, Indicate (REP) in bracket.
Slide 2: Problem Statement
Slide 3: List member name followed by his functionality and feature in the app
Slide 4: Continuation of Slide 3 (if needed)
Slide 5: Simple Thank You OR Q & A slide

No screenshots are required. However, you need to demo your app and the features and functionalities done by you.

What and Where to Submit your Group Project Files

You need to submit 3 things:

1) Group Rep to submit list of group member names, admin numbers and the LinkedIn URL with project description  
2) Powerpoint File (.pptx) with 5 slides mentioned above
3) Your complete project directory complete with python codes, html files and other related assets as a single .ZIP file

Submit ALL the above in PoliteMall > IT1925 Module > Content > Week 18. All the above 3 files are to be submitted under "Final Presentation Submission".

NOTE: The link "Personal Portfolio Submission" is for your Resume, Letter and Portfolio submissions for your other Tutor.

Submission Deadline

For Group 2 (Elizabeth et al), your submission deadline is Mon 9/2 2359 hrs.

For all the other Groups, your submission deadline is Wed 18/2 2359 hrs.

Things to Note for Week 16 Presentation

Attire is FORMAL
All members of the Team must Present
Each member will present (use slide 3 or slide 4) and demo his part
All parts must be integrated as a complete App
Use only 1 laptop to host your python app
Use public URL through cloudflare tunnel eg https://groupN-nyp.28822882.xyz/ (info here)
Do up your individual LinkedIn Page with Project description and submit your URL to your Group Rep
Group rep must compile URL to LinkedIn for each student in the group and submit to Politemall > Content > Week 16
